WebChart interfaces with Surescripts® who provides electronic, real-time access to eligibility and drug
formulary information of a patient's Medicare insurance and/or pharmacy benefit plans (if available).
Prescriptions can be sent electronically or by fax to the pharmacy, or a paper script can be printed.

E-Sign
WebChart offers an electronic signature, or e-sign option, to improve work flow efficiency. E-signatures
can be requested manually, with notes and comments. E-signatures can also be requested automatically
using e-sign routing rules.
The e-signature dashboard allows user to review e-signature queues, completed correspondence,
transcription reports, lab results, hospital documents and test results. Users then make the decision to
either e-sign, edit or reject the documents in the queue.
The e-sign module also allows clinicians to add documents, tasks, dictation and request a co-signer, or
multiple signatures. Date and time stamps are applied once the document is e-signed. Features include:

Forms Library
The Forms Library is a centralized repository for practices to organize and store commonly used forms,
such as HIPAA forms, patient-registration forms, lab order sheets, Super bills, H&P forms, word
