Patient Chart Integration - Dictation files are linked and stored in the patient’s chart and become a part
of the permanent record.
Remote Access to Dictation Files - WebChart allows for a number of playback options, either within a
Web browser, or via telephone access.
Voice Recognition
WebChart supports and has streamlined integration with Dragon Naturally Speaking to allow for the use
of voice recognition. Dragon must be purchased separately. Features include:
• Speech-to-text can be used in many of the modules
• Text based WebChart note fields within the patient chart
• Test-based encounter information within an encounter
• Rich Text-based document creation within WebChart (No need for Microsoft Word)
• Patient Chart Integration - Dictation files are linked and stored in the patient’s chart and become
a part of the permanent record along with the converted text.
