Weekly project management meetings
MIE will prepare a custom project plan with contingencies, associated timelines, resources and
milestone. The MIE implementer will give weekly updates on the status of the project,
identifying any gaps or issues that require escalation.
Standard Module Training
The online WebChart training is designed to supply the practice with basic knowledge of the
standard WebChart modules to be used by your practice, navigation of the chart tabs, printing,
batch printing, faxing, using print definitions, and how to search for patients and configuring
your chart tab views.
Document Management
WebChart offers unsurpassed scanning and indexing flexibility for your document management
needs.
WebChart can efficiently scan and index the paper charts a practice currently has as well as
paper reports that most medical practices continue to receive. Further, WebChart facilitates the
reception of digital documents sent via HL7 interfaces, or using such standards as LOINC for the
transmission and reception of digital lab values.
WebChart also enables you to store and retrieve EOBs and other ancillary documents.
WebChart supports both Web-based remote scanning for items such as insurance cards and
high-speed scanning of entire charts. WebScan allows front-desk staff to scan information
directly into a patient's record at the point of encounter and is designed to automatically index
