unsurpassed scanning and indexing flexibility.
MIE reduces work in your practice by loading your most commonly used forms (HIPAA
compliance, H & P, physician notes or Orders) into WebChart's forms library. When those forms
are printed for the encounter, they are rendered with barcodes, meaning that they "index
themselves" upon scanning
Document Management Setup and Training
Implementation and training services are done via teleconference and WebEx. Implementation
includes loading one practice specific fax coversheet, up to 8 forms library bar coded forms with
data overlay, script background, Word template letterhead and images of provider signatures.
MIE will assist with configuring document types, chart tabs, task rules, e-sign rules and user
security as well as train staff on how to scan and index documents into the system, these
services are capped at twelve (12) hours if Document Management is purchased as a stand-
alone module. Additional requests are billable at the current implementation or training hourly
rate.
Forms Library Development
MIE will load in the practice letterhead for forms, Word templates, orders, scripts or visit notes.
When a provider joins or leave the practice MIE can assist with updating the changes in all areas
of the system.
Practice Workflow Assessment
A MIE project manager will research practice workflow to complete workflow assessment
documentation. MIE will meet with the project team to identify information about the practice
workflow that will guide the project and shape the software configuration.
Tailored Specialty Workflows
MIE will tailor specialty workflow and configure all specialty point and click exam templates,
including the Coumadin tracking module.
Hospital Rounding Lists
WebChart's mobile access connects you in real-time to the Hospital Rounding List module to
view vital information at the patient's point-of-care through most wireless devices and PDA's.
This secure application requires a username and password to login, and works with a range of
mobile phones, PDA's or any PC with access to SSL websites.
Instantly access allows users to:
• View your own schedule or a partner’s schedule
• Hospital rounding lists
• Patient's hospital/location/room number/bed number
• Patient's summary information including medications, allergies, orders and problem lists
