Data Comparison Tool
FroozHIE (pronounced frōōz-shēē) is a clinical data comparison tool, and assists clinicians who may be
merging data from an outside source to WebChart. This is commonly used when merging incoming data
from an HIE.
The user interface is a web page that depicts a patient in a split screen with information current
WebChart information the right to that of incoming data on the left. The tool is smart enough to know
about brand vs. generic drugs and will highlight differences. Problem list items are compared
intelligently using SNOMED-CT hierarchical codes and translated to the local coding system. A clinician
can also choose not to import a record, and instead “add” a record on the fly. Features include:
• Compare Data from Incoming Sources
• Secure Web-Based Interface
Dictation
The ability to dictate notes in a patient chart is a critical factor when it comes to productivity. WebChart
has seamlessly integrated dictation into the workflow to provide the clinician with a number of input
methods. Features include:
• Mobile & Remote Access to Dictation
• Patient Chart Integration
• Dictation Reports
• Dictation Queue
• Integrated Transcription Module
E&M Coding Calculator
WebChart assists clinicians in billing for all evaluation and management (E&M) services provided while
minimizing over billing risks. The comprehensive E&M Calculator module generates accurate CPT codes,
prevents under-coding and maximizes reimbursement for the services provided, and can go from 1995
or 1997 guidelines. Features include:
• Automatically Generate Accurate CPT Coding
Encounter Templates - Standard
The Encounter Template captures your unique patient encounter workflow and accommodates
individual clinician's charting style. WebChart's definition of an encounter is what transpires during a
patient visit.
Data is captured electronically at the time of a patient visit by the patient (e.g., registration and history
information entered through the practice website or imported from the PHR), staff (e.g., vital signs,
current medications, etc.) and clinicians (e.g., history, physical findings, orders, etc.) using WebChart.
