Custom Forms Development and Template Customization (Point and Click)

Professional service time required to load practice forms into WebChart. This includes the time

required to overlay discrete patient data stored in WebChart onto those forms. This estimate is

based on customer-reported number of forms, and assumes that it will require at least 15

minutes of professional services time to load and test each form. Actual hours will be invoiced.

Professional services time required to edit HTML layouts in WebChart. This estimate is based on

MIE and the customer discussion of specific layout changes required, and assumes that it will

require at least 90 minutes of professional services time to load and test each layout. Actual

hours will be invoiced.

Training

Online Training - The online WebChart training is designed to supply the practice with basic

knowledge of the standard WebChart modules used in your practice, navigation of the chart

tabs, printing, batch printing, faxing, using print definitions, and how to search for patients and

customize your chart tab views. Additional training that may be required by the practice is

billed at the current online training rate.

Onsite Training –Two day minimum required for each onsite training commitment with travel

expenses invoiced separately.

Onsite Training Travel – Include airfare, meals, individual hotel rooms and car rental are invoiced

separately.
