To restart the system after stopping it, follow these steps.
Restarting Meridian
Mail after turning off
the Meridian 1 PBX
Meridian Mail loads automatically when the Meridian 1 PBX is
turned on, but you must complete the following steps to restore
Meridian Mail.
To restart Meridian Mail after turning off the Meridian 1 PBX,
follow these steps.
Step Action
1 Log on to Meridian Mail at the system administrator’s
terminal.
2 From the Main Menu, choose
5 System Status and Maintenance.
→
1System Status.
3 Select [Activate System].
Step Action
1 Log on to Meridian Mail at the system administrator’s
terminal.
2 Enter the correct time and date when prompted. Meridian
Mail cannot start until these values are entered.
